She later earned a Master’s in Educational Policy and Leadership from Boston College and has taught both nationally and internationally, including in China. Across every role, Lizz has consistently championed equity, elevated student voice, and built strong partnerships with families. Today, she proudly serves as the Principal of Legacy College Prep. Beyond academics, Lizz believes that relationships are the foundation of transformation. She leads with heart, high expectations, and the deep belief that when schools honor identity and community, students rise.
